I am on diet
Today I started a diet, I know that most people say to me: how the hell you need a diet for? well ... actually I don't like to think like that, I see it is such a negative way of thinking. people think you should start a diet after you have become really fat. I believe that if I just leave myself gaining weight until I reach the point in which I become somehow a fat person, losing my weight at that point will be very difficult and that's why fat people just stay fat. because it's not easy to lose so all the extra pounds that makes you look really fat.today I strated with a body weight of 76 Kilos, and hopefully at the end of a full month diet I will lose something like 10 kilos. so wish me luck
